AI Chat Assistant
A natural language interface for UK company research. Ask questions in plain English or Russian and get detailed, source-cited answers in seconds.
Overview
The uvagatron.com Chat Assistant is an AI-powered research tool that lets you explore UK company data through conversation. Instead of navigating dashboards or writing queries, you simply describe what you need — and the assistant finds the answer.
Behind the scenes, the assistant orchestrates 40+ specialised tools to search company filings, regulatory registers, sanctions lists, entity networks, property records, and more. It combines results from multiple sources into a single coherent response, with every claim backed by a cited source.
The assistant is powered by state-of-the-art AI models and understands both English and Russian. It retains context within a conversation, so you can ask follow-up questions without repeating yourself.
What You Can Ask
The assistant handles a wide range of company research tasks. Here are some of the most common categories.
“Tell me about Revolut”, “Who are the directors of 09215862?”, “When was this company incorporated?”
“What’s the risk score for Tesco?”, “Show high-risk construction companies”, “Which companies have sanctions?”
“How many active fintech companies are in London?”, “Top 10 SIC codes by company count”, “Average risk score by industry”
“Show connections between these two companies”, “Who else does director X work for?”, “Find companies linked through shared ownership”
“Find the latest news about company X”, “What does their website say?”, “Search for recent press coverage”
“Compare Deliveroo and Just Eat risk profiles”, “How does company A differ from company B?”, “Side-by-side director analysis”
Using the Chat
Projects
Organise your conversations into projects for different research tasks. Each project maintains its own conversation history, making it easy to keep due diligence work separate from general research.
Create a new project from the sidebar. You can switch between projects at any time without losing your place. Projects also let you add companies to a watchlist for ongoing monitoring.
Memory
The assistant remembers context across conversations within a session and can recall relevant details from previous interactions. This means you do not need to repeat background information each time you start a new conversation.
You can customise what the assistant remembers from your Account settings. If you prefer a clean slate every time, you can disable memory entirely.
Tips for Better Results
- Be specific: “construction companies in Manchester with overdue accounts” produces better results than “UK companies”.
- Include company numbers when you need exact matches — for example, “company 09215862”.
- Ask follow-up questions — the assistant retains full context within the conversation.
- Break complex analysis into steps: ask about directors first, then risk, then financials, rather than everything in a single query.
- Verify critical information — the assistant cites its sources so you can always check the original data.
Token Usage
Each message you send and each response you receive consumes tokens. Token cost depends on query complexity — a simple company lookup uses fewer tokens than a multi-source risk analysis with web search.
You can monitor your current usage and remaining allowance from the Account page. For details on token limits and how they work across plans, see the Tokens & Limits guide.
